In NYC, one of my summertime pet peeves was when people would ask "Hot enough for ya?" and if memory serves, Rubyfoxx and I share that peeve. (Peeve-sharer?)

In VT, I'm happy to report that I have yet to be asked this question mainly because it doesn't get ass hot for more than like a day or two, today & tomorrow being two of those days. But what I have noticed, regardless of the time of year, is that people ask "What do you think of this weather?" or "Have you seen weather like this?" and being that it's Vermont, people actually expect an answer. Snow, rain, sunshine, hail, doesn't matter. They want to know what others think of the weather. I usually respond with "Hot/cold/rainy enough for ya?" depending on the conditions, just to be an asshole.

Yesterday I got my Stafford loan approval notice for the fall & spring semester. I was so happy I almost threw up all over myself.
