Tonight on my walk home from school, I heard this really annoying tapping noise coming from the people walking ahead of me. When I got closer, I realized it was a blind couple, holding hands and smacking their blind sticks on the pavement, tapping their way down Church Street. Yup, literally, the blind were leading the blind. They got hung up navigating their way around a bench, so I approached them and asked if they needed a hand. They looked at me (well, not really AT me) like I had three heads and they were all, "Hey lady, we don't need your help. We're FINE! Leave us alone!" They were the meanest blind people I've ever met.

I hope they're "fine" serpentining around the construction a half block away.
